The US Supreme Court has agreed to hear the appeal on his convictions by former Enron Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Jeff Skilling. He was convicted in 2006 of felonies associated with the collapse of the energy trader in 2001.
Former Enron chief executive Jeff Skilling is hoping that a hearing before the Supreme Court will set him free.
